1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the dgb99 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and fishing games. These T&C are supplemented by specific rules applicable to individual games and promotions, all of which form part of the same agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease all use of the dgb99 platform. Continued use after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. dgb99 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dgb99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. dgb99 provides services in good faith to users who represent themselves as eligible; final legal responsibility rests with the individual.

In addition to the age requirement, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of dgb99 or any of its service providers, game suppliers, or business partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from dgb99 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it up to date throughout your use of the platform.
• You must hold a valid account in good standing with no outstanding fraudulent activity, unpaid obligations, or active sanctions.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the dgb99 platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing restrictions, exploiting bonuses, or bypassing self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

dgb99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage — including at withdrawal, when unusual activity is detected, or on a scheduled periodic basis. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonuses and winnings from those accounts will be voided. If fraudulent intent is established, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. dgb99 cooperates fully with law enforcement on all such matters.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dgb99 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as certain bank transfer methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing wallet or account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. dgb99 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Active wagering requirements attached to any bonus must be completed before withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus. dgb99 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally feasible, subject to the policies of individual payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

dgb99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all dgb99 bonuses unless the offer-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover rate for each bonus is stated in the offer-specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per household. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and account review.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met. Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the offer terms.
• dgb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer contains an error, dgb99 may correct the error and honour the corrected offer, or withdraw the offer entirely.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, coordinated abuse, or exploitation of technical errors will be forfeited without notice. Associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.

Unless the applicable offer terms state otherwise, bonuses apply to real-money games only. Bonus eligibility by game type is detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

All games on the dgb99 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, for live dealer games, trained dealers in licenced studio environments supplied by providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The outcome of every game round is determined by these certified systems and is not influenced by dgb99 or any third party.

Bets placed on dgb99 are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager. dgb99 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player. Minimum and maximum bet limits are applied per game and per round as displayed within the game interface.

dgb99 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome resulted from a system error, manifest error in odds or payouts, or exploitation of a software vulnerability. Winnings from such circumstances are not payable and will be removed from the player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

dgb99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of using the platform, players agree to use dgb99 for entertainment purposes only and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. Players must not use gambling to recover losses, generate income, or address financial obligations.

dgb99 provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players at no cost, accessible via account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Setting deposit limits takes effect immediately upon activation and does not require contacting support.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgb99 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances. dgb99 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review systems.

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in card games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, play games, or gain an advantage not available through normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by the game design.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dgb99 staff, support agents, or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

dgb99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dgb99 will take all appropriate steps including account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dgb99 platform — including website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dgb99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these T&C grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any dgb99 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dgb99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these T&C. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of any dgb99 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dgb99, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if dgb99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dgb99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your dgb99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

dgb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these T&C; (b) your account shows evidence of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) you provided false information during registration or verification; (d) your account is subject to legal process or law enforcement request; or (e) the continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to dgb99.

You may voluntarily close your dgb99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations you have to dgb99.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dgb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, dgb99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform or via the email address associated with their account. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days, except where changes are required immediately by law.

Continued use of the dgb99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date and may request account closure per Section 11.
