About dgb99 — Built for Bangladesh Players

Who We Are

dgb99 is an online casino and sports betting platform built specifically for the Bangladesh market. Since our launch, we have focused on a single goal: giving Bangladeshi players a reliable, fast, and enjoyable place to play — one that works on their phones, accepts their preferred payment methods, and respects their time. We are not a platform adapted from a European template and pushed into a new market. dgb99 was conceived with Bangladesh at the centre of every decision.

Our team spans technology, game operations, customer support, and payment infrastructure — all oriented toward the needs of players across Bangladesh's eight divisions. Whether you are placing a bet on a BPL match from Rajshahi, spinning a slot from a flat in Mirpur, or joining a live Andar Bahar table late at night in Cox's Bazar, dgb99 is designed to handle that session smoothly, every time.

Our Mission

dgb99's mission is straightforward: make quality online gaming accessible to every adult player in Bangladesh, regardless of where they live or how much they want to spend. For too long, Bangladeshi players have had to make do with platforms that treat them as an afterthought — sites built for other markets, poorly localised, with payment systems that make deposits and withdrawals a frustrating experience. dgb99 exists to change that.

We measure success not in the number of promotions we run but in the consistency of the experience we deliver. Does the site load fast on a mid-range Android in Sylhet? Does a bKash withdrawal after a good night at the live casino tables land in your wallet within minutes? Is the customer support team reachable and actually helpful? These are the questions that drive every product decision at dgb99.

What dgb99 Offers

The dgb99 platform covers every major category of online gaming that Bangladesh players actively enjoy. Here is what you find on the platform the moment you log in.

Our Values

Every decision we make at dgb99 is filtered through a set of core values that reflect what we believe a responsible, player-first gaming platform should look like.

These values are not marketing language. They are the lens through which every feature launch, every support hire, and every payment partner decision at dgb99 is evaluated. When we say we are built for Bangladesh, we mean it in the most literal operational sense.

Why Bangladesh Players Choose dgb99

The Bangladeshi online gaming player has been underserved for years. Platforms would accept registrations and deposits from Bangladesh but offer no meaningful local support — no bKash integration, no Bengali customer service, no cricket markets tuned to the BPL calendar, and no sense that the product was made with Bangladeshi players in mind. dgb99 fills that gap.

Players return to dgb99 because the platform works as expected, consistently. In a market where trust is hard-earned and easily lost, that consistency — games that load, withdrawals that clear, support that responds — is the single most important feature we offer. Players from Dhaka's Gulshan neighbourhood and players from small towns near Barisal use dgb99 for exactly the same reason: it is the platform that does not let them down.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

dgb99 is a platform for adult entertainment. We operate under the principle that gaming should remain a source of enjoyment — not stress, financial hardship, or harm. Every player who registers on dgb99 is required to be 21 years of age or older. We enforce this requirement and do not knowingly allow underage individuals to create accounts or place bets.

We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at no cost. These include deposit limits, which cap how much you can add to your account per day, week, or month; session time alerts, which notify you when you have been playing for a set duration; and self-exclusion, which allows you to block yourself from the platform for a defined period if you feel your gambling is becoming a concern. These tools are built into your account settings and can be activated at any time.
